Insurance Information and Payment

Please note that although I am an FSP-registered psychologist, counselling sessions are not classified as psychotherapy. For this reason, they are usually not covered by basic health insurance, even with a medical referral.

However, many complementary insurance plans may reimburse part or all of the session fees. Coverage varies depending on your individual policy, so I recommend confirming the details directly with your insurance provider.

How much does therapy cost?

Services are payable in cash or by bank transfer.

The first session focuses on understanding your situation, your needs, and your goals. We also review your background, address any questions you may have, and together define the most appropriate therapeutic approach.

Sessions usually last around 50 minutes.

Yes, I offer online therapy through secure and confidential platforms, ideal for those who need flexibility or live outside Zurich.

Sessions can be cancelled free of charge with at least 24 hours’ notice. Late cancellations may be subject to a fee.

I work in Spanish, English, Italian, German, and Portuguese, adapting the therapy to your preferred language.

How to request your appointment?

The initial therapeutic sessions will take place weekly until progress is observed.

The frequency of ongoing sessions will be determined by the therapist, in coordination with the members of the family unit.

Cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance are free of charge.

Cancellations on the same day as the session are subject to a late-cancellation fee of CHF 50.
